The Vari-Cut feeder wagon series is equipped with the so called paddle system. This is a slow spinning natural paddle system which provides an outstanding and fresh product.
Because of the paddle system it is also possible to load wet by-products without the product turning into pulp. The feeder wagon comes standard with a reversable mechanism for the paddles.
While you're mixing, the product is pressed trough the most effective cutting system. When you're unloading the product, the paddle are rotating in reverse direction. This makes sure the product is shovelled on the unload paddle. This unload paddle does not interfear while the machine is mixing the feed so there is no chance of paddling the product to pulp. After unloading the feed there is no feed left.
The maximum volume of this series feeder wagons starts with 12 m3 and ends in a respectable 30 m3.
If wished, all models can be equipped with either an unprogrammable or a programmable scale.
